Meet the Photographer

 My name is Nicole Egan and I am
from up state New York.  I live here
with my husband Chad and our
beautiful dog Hunter.  I have been
living here for about 5 years now and I
have fallen in love with the area.  

I am originally from a little town
called Ellenville New York.  I lived there
until going to school in Albany for
Childhood Education.  I met my
husband while I was in college and
moved up here to start a new chapter of
life.

I have been working as a teacher in a
local public school while working at my
hobby of taking pictures.
Since my wedding in June of
2007, I have been working with
Holly Greene, my wedding
photographer. She has been
wonderful enough to let me
accompany her to all of the
weddings that she has covered
and develop my skill.  Not only
did Holly provide me with an
opportunity to practice she has
given me her friendship.  I am
truly grateful because she is one
of the most genuine and real
people I have ever met. Thank
you Hollyberry for giving me a
chance!

Because of Holly's support and
encouragement I have decided to
take the steps necessary to turn
this hobby into a business. I
truly love taking pictures and
believe that I have always looked
at life as though I were "looking
through a lens."

Another driving force behind the
achievement of my dream is my
husband Chad.  He has been so
supportive and has provided me
with the courage to face my fears
and do this. I would like to
dedicate this website to him as a
way to say thank you for loving
and believing in me.  

Without you I would not be
doing this!
My goal is to continue to work
on family and children's
portraits as well as my own
artistic photographs.  Eventually
I would also like to do wedding
photography. BUT... I will be
taking things one step at a time!

I am so excited to see where this
new path may lead me.  I hope
you are one of the people I meet
along the way.

NEXT CHAPTER... To add to
my dreams, we have a new
addition and adventure to our
family.  Her name is Morgan
Francis Egan and she is by far
the best thing that has ever
happened to me.  She has her
own special page on our site and
I will update it as she grows.  
She is yet another driving force
in my life and I will forever be a
better person because of her.  I
love you my little angel.
